Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.5 Is Live — Astropolis, Summeretto, Waveflair

Last updated:

Version 4.5 has ended. Robin • Summeretto and Aventurine • Waveflair are still on the roster, and Version 4.6 is the live patch. Use the 4.6 launch post for Pearl. The notes below describe what 4.5 shipped.

What is live on August 26

Robin • Summeretto, a 5-star Wind Remembrance support, opens Phase 1 with a Hyacine rerun. Her kit banks ally attacks, heals, and shields into Vibes, then deploys Summer Songbirds and a Fever zone that ignores enemy DEF. Signature Light Cone Rise and Sing is on the companion banner. Login events include Gift of Odyssey — 10 Special Star Rail Passes over seven days.

  • Phase 1 (August 26–September 11): Robin • Summeretto + Hyacine rerun
  • Open the Summeretto build before farming the new Remembrance set
  • Redeem leftover August codes on /star-rail-codes after you log in

Phase 2: Aventurine • Waveflair on September 12

Aventurine • Waveflair is live: a 5-star Quantum Elation Main DPS on the Phase 2 banner with an Ashveil rerun. Farm Genius of Brilliant Stars, 160 SPD boots, and Quantum spheres if you pulled him. He does not replace original Aventurine as a sustain. Version 4.5 is a five-week patch, so this half is shorter than a normal rerun window.

  • Phase 2 (September 12 through the rest of 4.5): Aventurine • Waveflair + Ashveil rerun
  • Version 4.5 is a 5-week patch — banner windows are shorter than usual
  • Waveflair does not replace original Aventurine as a sustain

What to farm first in Astropolis

Finish traces and Light Cones on one clear team before sinking Trailblaze Power into unproven relics. Remembrance players should target World-Remaking Deliverer and Amphoreus, The Eternal Land for Summeretto. Elation players can hold Power or finish Genius of Brilliant Stars until the new domain is worth the resin. Story first: To Roll the Stars in Astropolis, then the summer vacation chapter.

  • New events: Overdrive: Whirlwind Grand Prix and Minuscule Great Adventure
  • Check the 4.5 tier list before locking a first-half pull plan
  • Livestream codes from August 14 are expired — do not retry them

FAQ

Is Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.5 out?
Yes. Version 4.5 launched August 26, 2026 after maintenance. Americas servers opened the evening of August 25 local time.
Should I pull Robin • Summeretto or wait for Aventurine • Waveflair?
Pull Summeretto if you need a Remembrance enabler or DEF-ignore support. Pull Waveflair if you want a Quantum Elation carry and can finish his traces this patch. Do not skip a missing sustain just to debut a summer unit — Pearl arrives in 4.6 if you need an Elation slot later.
